We highly appreciate and promote socially responsible conduct on the part of our Employees. We reward charity work and aid initiatives in the area of employee volunteering. BEST’s Employees can initiate and become involved in various social campaigns. While the company also supports such efforts, they are in charge of coordinating the activities of the assembled team. Fundraising initiatives for charitable purposes receive direct financial support from the Management Board, which doubles the amount collected.

In addition to team-building, employee volunteering at BEST promotes teamwork, socially responsible conduct and sensitivity to the needs of the people around us, in particular the local community. We encourage our Employees to share their time, knowledge and skills with others, which is taken into account during employee reviews, and contributes to the score in the Play BEST gamification scheme.
