PlayBEST – our gamification

We increase the engagement

Play BEST is based on the idea of gamification, making work fun by introducing an element of playfulness and competition to everyday tasks (collecting points and rewards). It is intended to increase our Employees’ commitment to the company’s projects and activities.


The rewards include cinema tickets, gift vouchers, company gadgets, and swimming pool and SPA passes, but each year the most popular prize is an additional paid day off.
Categories in which points are awarded:

  • Effectiveness: meeting a target at a specific level.
  • Presence: points awarded for being present at work.
  • Onboarding: taking part in the onboarding of a new employee and being their onboarding buddy.
  • Volunteering: active involvement in social initiatives organised by the employees.
  • Competence volunteering: active involvement in social initiatives organised by the employees, sharing knowledge and experience with people outside the organisation.
  • Knowledge transfer (training): sharing knowledge and experience within the organisation by conducting training/workshops.
  • Knowledge transfer (expert articles): sharing knowledge and experience within the organisation by writing expert articles.
  • Tests: error-free completion of tests following mandatory training, e.g. first aid, information security.
  • Innovation: initiatives and ideas to streamline processes in the organisation.
  • Participation in projects: implementing important projects for the company.
  • Top Performer: demonstrating above-average commitment that goes beyond standard work duties.
  • Good Colleague: helping a colleague complete a task.
  • Health: participating in pro-health initiatives, e.g. commuting by bike.
  • Recommend a friend: recommending candidates as part of BEST’s recruitment processes.

The list categories and awards is not closed. We adjust it, responding to the needs and suggestions of employees.
